The Moscow International Health, Sport, Beauty and Longevity Forum & “Healthy World” Expo 2014 will take place on 16-17 August 2014 in Moscow.

The Moscow International Health, Sport, Beauty and Longevity Forumwill focus on the creation of favorable environment that is conductive to human potential development through healthy life style, moral & cultural values, longevity philosophy and sport for all approaches.

The Forum will convene experts from various spheres of sports, healthcare, education, culture, politics, philosophy, communication, and information to open a dialog, to build connections, to increase knowledge and to exchange best practices in the field.

The International Forum program will include five thematic areas:

- Medical approach toward longevity.Anti-Ageing Medicine. Genetics of longevity. Reserve abilities of human beings. Preventive medicine. Express-diagnostics. Medical approaches toward the development of longevity based on genetics, gerontology, homeopathy, and phytotherapy. Healthy nutrition. Educational, information and legal environment that is favorable for promotion of a healthy life style and disease prevention.

- Physical Activities and Sport as Major Contributors to Health Preservation. National and regional strategies on health preservation through physical activities and sports. Communication strategies on promotion of physical activities and sports. Accessibility for physical activities and sports for public. Physical & sports education efficiency for children and youth. Anti-doping strategies.Health aspects of sports and physical activities.

- Science and Education: Health Preservation & Healthy Lifestyle. National and regional strategies on formation of healthy lifestyle. Prevention of addiction related diseases (as smoking, alcohol abuse, drug abuse, etc.). Health education. Promotion of healthy lifestyle education among youngsters. Educational institutions policies towards health preservation among children and youth.

- Arts for Health. The role of arts in health. Interdisciplinary practices. Visual arts, theatre, architecture, film, music, literature, circus, spectacle and dance in health programs. Arts therapies. Arts and Disability. The value of the arts within healthcare. The potential of the arts to impact on health in a variety of social contexts. Formation of moral values and spiritual health. Arts in human potential development.

- Martial Arts: Way of Life. Mental and physical development. Cultural original roots. Ethical, aesthetic, religious and philosophical approaches. Harmonization and spiritual development.

Program

Keynote speeches delivered by International and Russian experts and officials will be followed by panel discussions, workshops, conferences and round tables including both theoretical and applied approaches.
